Tony Thomas

Tony Thomas is the author of the Corps' HEC-6 computer program, which is currently used in the Corps for performing 1-dimensional sediment transport analyses. Tony has over 40 years of experience in the field of sediment transport. Since retiring from the Corps, Mr. Thomas has continued to develop and improve capabilities for one-dimensional sediment transport analyses. Mr. Thomas is currently president of Mobile Boundary Hydraulics in Clinton Mississippi .

Mr. Thomas was in residence at HEC for 5 months, assisting us in the development of sediment transport algorithms within HEC-RAS.
