These duties include technical oversight, contracting officer representative (COR), project management, user support, and technical team support on the development and maintenance of applications, websites, coding, security, and enterprise data related to the USACE Civil Works Program.  

The ideal candidate would have expert knowledge of computer sciences including one or more programming languages, database management, and application design; project management and contracting experience; good communication skills to teach, translate technical work, and troubleshoot; an ability to develop innovative ideas and recommendations; and knowledge or experience working with DOD and/or US Army Corps of Engineers technology standards and databases.
