Duties:

  • Chief Administrative Officer to HEC Director, providing strategic support and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Manage administrative aspects of Hydrology and Statistics, Hydraulics, Water Resource Systems, and Water Management Systems Divisions.
  • Perform advisory and management functions for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling HEC programs.
  • Serve as the primary Human Resources liaison, handling all personnel actions.
  • Act as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing budget development, execution, and financial health, while also managing the Government Purchase Card program.
