Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects within the Planning Assistance to States program, including managing program-related contracts.
- Delegate project tasks to expert personnel, guiding them in applying their specialized knowledge and advanced planning methodologies.
- Conduct in-depth investigations to support water resource planning, research, and policy analysis.
- Monitor budget allocation and expenditure to ensure alignment with project and program objectives.
- Offer problem-solving assistance to field offices and government officials on various aspects of water resource management and planning.
