WV Flood Risk Mitigation Program Guide: Empowering Communities for a Resilient Future

This Resource Mitigation Guide is intended to build on previous outreach efforts completed in West Virginia, and integrate federal, state, and local organizations, agencies, and programs to develop an in-depth agency and program guide for West Virginia residents and businesses. Silver Jackets Team members have seen substantial growth and participation in the last two years and are excited to have collaborated on this in-depth guide. Efforts will continue to educate various West Virginia stakeholders on the agencies and available programs plus empower them to take actions to address risk.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers supports state-led Silver Jackets Teams through its Flood Risk Management Program.
